Wellness Plan

Design a wellness plan!!!

  1. Find several activities you enjoy doing
  2. List the activities by region of body ex. lower body, upper body, core,cardio
  3. Choose 3-5 days a week and develop a workout plan that is specific to your needs
  4. Make sure you do not work same areas two days in row
  5. Core and cardio are often added to each workout

Students will be required to complete a wellness plan this year. Each plan should be geared toward the student's individual needs. The plan will be designed so there is little or no expense. Hopefully, the student will utilize the plan throughout the year to improve or maintain his or her physical well being!!!
