September 12th, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Mill Springs Museum
September 13th, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Science Hill Public Library 
September 14th, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Shopville Public Library 
September 15th, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Pulaski County Public Library (main branch)
September 16th, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Burnside Public Library 

 

Sign-ups are for PULASKI COUNTY (any schools) children in need of Christmas gifts. Families must meet low or income financial requirements to qualify. Children must live in Pulaski County.

Parents or guardians ONLY may sign-up their children, ages birth to 18 (as long as the 18 year old is still in school.) Bring a photo ID, proof of Pulaski County residency and either proof of income or a SNAP approval letter (NOT the benefits card).  You must also supply the names, addresses and accurate phone numbers for two references...this can be pastors, neighbors, social workers, school resource directors, teachers or friends who can attest to your need...it can NOT be family members.

 

Please also bring proof of custody or guardianship if divorced, separated, fostering or not the child's parent.  Be sure to have accurate clothing and shoe sizes for each child, a short list of favorites and a short list of toys or fun things each child would like to receive.

 

NO PHONE CALLS, private Facebook messages, Facebook posts or emails will be accepted or returned. Sign-ups MUST be made in person. ALL sign-up details are included in this message.

 

THE FRYSC OFFICES OF MEECE MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HOPKINS ELEMENTARY ARE WORKING IN COOPERARTION WITH OPERATION CHRISTMAS ANGEL.  YOU MUST ATTEND THE ABOVE PLACES IN PERSON TO SIGN UP.  FOR MORE INFORMATION THROUGH YOUR SCHOOL,
