Students Celebrate Red Ribbon Week

Red Ribbon Week

 Somerset High School students celebrated Red Ribbon Week.  Red Ribbon Week is an alcohol, tobacco, and other drug and violence prevention awareness campaign observed annually in October.  Students from Somerset High School planned, organized, and implemented an assembly for the 5th grade students at Meece Middle School.  The high school students performed a skit about the damage and harmful effects that tobacco has on the body.  Students participated in the skit were: Adrianna Ramirez, Emily Spears, Jalyn King, Cody Sturgill, Thomas Hislope, Stephen Burrell, and Modaser Amarkhail
