Class Description:
Professional development (PD) is defined in 704 KAR 3:035 Section (2) as "those experiences which systematically over a sustained period of time, enable educators to acquire and apply knowledge, understanding, skills, and abilities to achieve personal, professional, and organizational goals and to facilitate the learning of students."

PD Announcements
  • 2013-14 Professional Development

    Schools will be conducting 12 Hours of Professional Development over the summer.  Contact your principal for schedule and topics.

    October 28, 2013-Mandatory District PD

    November 27, February 17 and March 14-Flexible PD Dates.  (Teachers will need 6 "Flexible" PD Hours once they have completed the 12 Mandatory School Hours and the 6 Mandatory District Hours.)
