FREE SERVICES PROVIDED By Volunteer Licensed Health Professionals will include:
Medical:  Exams including: Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Cholesterol, Diabetes Management, Health Education & More
Dental:  Cleanings, Fillings, Extractions, Denture/Partial Repair and Reline
Vision:  Eye Exams & Free Eyeglasses (COME EARLY - Eyeglasses will be limited)
Podiatry:  Ingrown Toenails, Painful Lesions and Diabetic Foot Evaluations
